Online Orders: Please visit our Online Store if you would like to place an order for any of our products.. You may also call our chocolate factory during business hours to tell us what you want. All chocolate products will be subject to availability. If you are interested in any product seen on this website which is not on the online Store and would like to place an order for it, please fill out the form in our Contact page and let us know. We will then send you a quote in US Dollars via email. If you wish to schedule a phone call regarding your online order, please leave your name and telephone number including a short message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Payments: We accept cash, check, money order, Visa & MasterCard, Debit Card, PayPal and Venmo. Check or money order payments should be made payable to Loiza Dark, (please do not send cash) and mailed to the following address: Loiza Dark P. O. Box 366071 San Juan, PR 00936-6071 Once your payment has been processed and your package shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number for your package. Please note that personal checks may take up to two weeks for clearance from the bank. You can also place your order over the phone using your credit card by calling 787-791-1133 during our business hours. Shipping: We can ship your order via USPS Flat Rate Box (Priority or Express Next Day service), UPS or FedEx. Simply specify at check out which shipping method you prefer. The USPS flat rate boxes continue to be the preferred method of shipping. You may also opt to have your package insured for an additional cost. During the hot summer months from June to September, we recommend all packages be shipped with ice packs due to the high heat-sensitivity of chocolate, and Next Day Service should be the preferred shipping method. Shipping without ice-packs during this time will be at customers risk. Your package can also be insured. We take no responsibility for packages left out in the sun or heating up inside a delivery truck. When you receive your order please check it immediately for any sign of damage and/or suffering. Damage claims must be made to the carrier at the time of delivery. Deliveries: For local island orders, free delivery is available within the San Juan Metropolitan Area with a minimum purchase order of $60.00. For "rest of the island" deliveries please call or email for a quote, and these will be quoted according to distance and size of order for a nominal charge. In all cases a scheduled appointment will be set at both parties convenience once the order has been placed.
